Trippin' North 3/27/2012

Well, it's time to start ambling north and west to our eventual volunteer gig at Fort Worden SP in Port Townsend. As it turns out this is a FABULOUS spring to motor through south Texas-  the wildflowers are simply amazing after a wet spring.

Our first night is spent at the Air Force Fam Camp at Lake Amistad,  Del Rio Texas.   Very inexpensive at $10 for 50amp hookups but rather barren and austere.  Very helpful hosts, but we only spend one night.
